You have 30 days from purchase
to return or exchange your items.

Being a small, founder-owned business, if something comes up, we've been known to even make exceptions! We understand that life happens.

  • 1. Visit the PROTECHT Portal

    Head over to the PROTECHT Exchange and Return Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code associated with the order.

  • 2. Select Your Option

    Pick whether it’s an exchange or a return, answer a few easy questions, and you'll be good to go and guided on the next steps!

  • 3. Pack & Ship

    If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we'll take care of the rest.

How do gift return and exchanges work?

If you’ve received a PROTECHT product as a gift or would like to exchange for a different size/product, please reach out to info@protechtwraps.com and we will be able to look it up and help you out.

How long does it take to process my refund?

We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
