PROTECHT is proud to stand behind its products and offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases.
If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange an exchange or a return.
Customers wishing to exercise their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee need to submit their request to the PROTECHT Portal and you will quickly be guided on the next steps. Make sure you have your correct order number and email to start the process.
Shipping costs are not refundable and the product condition must match the criteria below.
Return Policy
All of the PROTECHT products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, re-sellable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any return expenses are paid for by the customer, unless opted into the free returns upon initial checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any products that do not have original packaging and/or show signs of use.
This includes the plastic inner trays, ripped Patch packaging, and any other missing or damaged elements of the packaging.
If you do return products where the packaging is not in a sellable condition, you will not be refunded for the price you paid for that item.
For pairs, you will have a partial refund and the deducted amount will be the single wrap price from the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way for an exchange is to submit your request to the PROTECHT Portal and you will quickly be guided on the next steps. Make sure you have your correct order number and email to start the process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Should a refund reduce your amount of discount, you will have the adjusted amount returned back to you.
Exclusions and Limitations
All PROTECHT limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. The warranty does not apply to any non-PROTECHT product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-PROTECHT product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. PROTECHT specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If PROTECHT cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No PROTECHT reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Damages Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROTECHT is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used within the PROTECHT product.
