How to put on your PROTECHT Wraps
Do the wraps have a break-in period?
Yes, the wraps do have a short break in period to reach their maximum usability and comfort.
Is the patch compatible with all products?
Yes! The Patch will fit all PROTECHT Products.
Are the wraps suppose to fully close?
No, the wraps do not need to fully close in order to provide superior wrist support.

How to put on your PROTECHT Straps
1. Adjust the bottom non-red velcro tab to fit your wrist size.
2. Thread the red nylon tab through the plastic buckle.
3. Insert your hand into the strap.
4. Pull the red nylon tab back onto itself and affix onto velcro areas.
5. Make further adjustments as necessary.
Can I cut the length of the strap?
While you can cut it and heat mend it with a flame, it does void the warranty. However, the nylon is premium enough that it will not fray if you follow the above instructions.
Do I need to keep the red elastic?
No you do not, the red elastic is to hold the strap together when packaged. However some customers prefer to keep it for organizational purposes.

What watch band type should I wear?
While we have cushioning, the best watch strap is a nylon band and the least preferred is a thick rubber watch band.

How to put on your PROTECHT Grips
1. Adjust the bottom non-red velcro tab to fit your wrist size.
2. Thread the red nylon tab through the plastic buckle.
3. Insert your hand into the strap.
4. Pull the red nylon tab back onto itself and affix onto velcro areas.
5. Make further adjustments as necessary.
Does the grip go over or under the bar?
The grip is designed to go under the bar then your hand holds onto the overlapping rubber. For exercises like pull ups, it's encouraged to use the rubber grip over the bar like a palm pad for better grip support.
How do I make the size bigger for my wrists?
The bottom panel has a 2-way adjustment system. If you adjust the velcro that does not have the red tab, you will be able to better adjust the size to fit a larger wrist.
